Nha Trang at a glance
Nha Trang is the capital of Khanh Hoa province on Vietnam's south-central coast, served by direct flights into Cam Ranh International Airport. That makes it one of the more straightforward beach add-ons on a Vietnam itinerary, whether clients are flying in from Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, or connecting onward to Da Lat by road.
What sets it apart from Vietnam's other coastal stops is the bay itself: a scatter of islands - Hon Mun, Hon Tre and others - sits close enough to shore for half-day snorkelling and diving trips, while Vinpearl Land's cable car and water park sit on Hon Tre for clients travelling with children.
We generally position Nha Trang for leisure FIT and family bookings that want a resort base with easy watersports, or as the coastal leg of a longer Hanoi-to-Ho Chi Minh City routing. It pairs cleanly with Da Lat by road transfer, or with Mui Ne and Ho Chi Minh City further south.
