THAILAND TOUR PACKAGE

6 Days / 5 Nights Bangkok & Pattaya Tour

With an extra day and a spare afternoon compared to the standard 5-day version, this route suits groups and corporate incentive travellers who want room to add optional tours or simply slow down.

Package overview

This six-day version of the Bangkok-Pattaya combo runs at a noticeably slower pace than the five-day equivalent: it keeps the Coral Island speedboat day, then adds a full free day in Pattaya before the overland transfer to Bangkok. That extra day gives agents room to sell optional add-ons — a second show, spa time, or extra shopping — without changing the core structure.

The Bangkok portion is condensed into a single half-day temple and Gems Gallery tour rather than a longer city circuit, which keeps the final days light for groups that have already spent a full day travelling and shopping in Pattaya.

Trip highlights

  • Optional evening Alcazar Show on arrival in Pattaya
  • Coral Island (Koh Larn) speedboat tour with Indian lunch
  • A full free day in Pattaya for optional activities
  • Half-day Bangkok city and temple tour — Wat Tri Mit's Golden Buddha and Wat Maha Prattharam — with a Gems Gallery stop
  • Overland Pattaya to Bangkok transfer

Day-by-day itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Bangkok, transfer to Pattaya

After landing, guests are transferred to their Pattaya hotel to check in and settle before an optional evening at the Alcazar Show, staged in a 1,200-seat theatre with elaborate lighting and sound.

Day 2: Coral Island tour by speedboat with lunch

A speedboat crosses to Koh Larn for a day of swimming, snorkelling and sunbathing on the island's coral beaches, with the option to view coral by glass-bottom boat or scuba dive.

An Indian lunch is served back in Pattaya, and the shared speedboat stops for optional parasailing along the way. The evening is left free.

Day 3: Free day for leisure and individual activities

No activity is scheduled for this day, giving guests a full block of time in Pattaya to rest, shop or book an optional excursion before moving on to Bangkok.

Day 4: Pattaya to Bangkok

Guests check out of the Pattaya hotel and are transferred overland to Bangkok, with the rest of the day free after check-in at the Bangkok hotel.

Day 5: Half-day Bangkok city and temple tour

The morning begins with a stop at the Gems Gallery, where guests can see how precious stones are sourced, cut and polished before browsing the showroom.

The tour continues to Wat Tri Mit, home to the world's largest solid gold seated Buddha at over 700 years old, and Wat Maha Prattharam, rounding out a compact introduction to Bangkok's religious landmarks.

Day 6: Departure from Bangkok

After breakfast and check-out, guests are transferred to the airport for their departure flight, ending the Pattaya-Bangkok trip.

Frequently asked questions

What can agents suggest for the free day in Pattaya?
Common add-ons include Nong Nooch Tropical Garden, Art in Paradise, water sports at Coral Island, or a second evening show — none are pre-booked, so any optional tour needs to be arranged separately.
Is the Bangkok portion long enough for a first-time visitor?
It's a half-day temple tour rather than a full city circuit, so it suits guests who've already seen Bangkok or are prioritising Pattaya. First-timers wanting a fuller Bangkok programme may prefer the 5-day Pattaya & Bangkok route instead.
Is this itinerary suitable for corporate incentive groups?
Yes, the built-in free day and half-day city tour make it easy to slot in group activities, meetings or gala dinners without disrupting the core sightseeing days.
Does this tour include a domestic flight?
No, Pattaya and Bangkok are connected entirely by road on this itinerary.
What season works best for the Coral Island day?
November to February offers the calmest seas for the Koh Larn crossing; expect a higher chance of rough water or cancelled boat trips during the June–October monsoon.
