THAILAND TOUR PACKAGE

5 Days / 4 Nights Pattaya & Bangkok Tour

Built for first-time groups who want one beach stop and one city stop without overpacking the days, this itinerary splits its four nights evenly between Pattaya and Bangkok.

Package overview

This route keeps Pattaya and Bangkok on equal footing: two nights each, with a single overland transfer between them. Guests land at Suvarnabhumi, settle into Pattaya first for a beach-and-show pace, then move to the capital for temples, shopping and a river cruise before flying home. It suits agents selling to groups who want variety but dislike constant hotel changes.

Because both stops get proper time, operators can slot in the evening Alcazar Cabaret Show, a half-day Coral Island excursion with Indian lunch, and a full Bangkok temple circuit without rushing. The Safari World and Marine World day adds a wildlife element that works well for family bookings travelling with children.

Trip highlights

  • Evening Alcazar Cabaret Show in Pattaya
  • Half-day Coral Island (Koh Larn) speedboat tour with Indian lunch and optional watersports
  • Bangkok temple tour covering the Marble Temple (Wat Benchamabophit) and the Golden Buddha (Wat Traimit), plus a Gems Gallery stop
  • Evening Chao Phraya dinner cruise from Icon Siam pier with Thai-International and Indian buffet
  • Full-day Safari World and Marine World with dolphin and sea lion shows

Day-by-day itinerary

Day 1: Arrival at Suvarnabhumi Airport, transfer to Pattaya (1 hr 45 mins / approx. 122 km)

On arrival at Suvarnabhumi Airport, guests are transferred to their Pattaya hotel for check-in. The evening is set aside for the Alcazar Cabaret Show, one of Pattaya's longest-running stage productions, running since 1990 in a 1,200-seat theatre with elaborate lighting and sound.

The show mixes dance, costume changes and comedy in a format aimed squarely at tour groups, and it remains one of the most requested optional evenings for first-time visitors to Pattaya.

Day 2: Half-day Coral Island tour with Indian lunch (approx. 5 hrs)

Koh Larn, known locally as Coral Island, sits about 7 km off Pattaya Beach and has six named beaches. This half-day join tour is run with an Indian lunch option, with Thai lunch available on request for other nationalities.

Tawaen Beach, the main landing point, is the busiest stretch of the island and gets particularly crowded on weekends with day-trippers from Bangkok. Optional water sports such as jet ski, banana boat, parasailing and undersea walking are available at extra cost.

Day 3: Pattaya to Bangkok transfer and city tour (2 hrs 30 mins / approx. 147 km)

Guests are picked up from the Pattaya hotel around 08:30 for the transfer to Bangkok by private car or seat-in-coach. Luggage is left at the Bangkok hotel lobby before a SIC city tour begins around 12:00.

The tour covers Wat Benchamabophit, the Marble Temple in Dusit district, and Wat Traimit's seated Golden Buddha, with a stop at a Gems Gallery for jewellery and souvenir shopping before hotel check-in.

In the evening, guests are picked up around 18:00 for the Chao Phraya Dinner Cruise, departing from the Icon Siam pier with a Thai-International and Indian buffet served over the river-view route.

Day 4: Safari World and Marine World, Bangkok (1 hr 30 mins / approx. 34 km one way)

Pick-up from the hotel is at 08:00 by private vehicle or seat-in-coach for the transfer to Safari World, a 170-acre open zoo and marine park split into two sections.

The Safari Park side houses zebra, giraffe, tigers, lions and bears in open enclosures viewed by vehicle, while the Marine Park side runs dolphin and sea lion shows. The group returns to the hotel by around 17:00.

Day 5: Transfer to Suvarnabhumi Airport (approx. 1 hr / 33 km)

After breakfast and check-out, guests are transferred to Suvarnabhumi Airport for their departure flight, closing out the Pattaya-Bangkok circuit.

Frequently asked questions

Is this itinerary run on a private or shared (SIC) basis?
Both options exist for this route. The Coral Island tour and Bangkok city tour are typically offered on a seat-in-coach basis, while transfers can be booked private on request — check current availability with your Indochina Signature contact.
Is Indian food available on the Coral Island day?
Yes, the half-day Coral Island tour is designed with an Indian lunch option for Indian travellers; a Thai lunch can be substituted for other nationalities.
Does this tour include any domestic flights?
No. Pattaya and Bangkok are connected entirely by road, so there is no domestic flight to plan around for this route.
What's the best time of year to sell this itinerary?
November to February offers the driest, coolest conditions for both Coral Island and the Bangkok city sightseeing days. The rainy season (June–October) can affect the boat crossing to Koh Larn.
Can this be extended with an extra Bangkok night for shopping?
Yes, an additional Bangkok night is a straightforward add-on since the group already ends the tour there — flag it at the time of booking so hotel and transfer arrangements can be adjusted.
