Package overview
This five-day route gives Hua Hin and Bangkok two nights each, opening with a half-day Hua Hin and Cha-am tour before the group transfers to Bangkok. The transfer day ends with the Chao Phraya Dinner Cruise from River City Pier, and the following day is spent at Safari World and Marine Park, home to a drive-through safari zone and dolphin and sea lion shows.
Compared with the shorter Hua Hin & Bangkok Escape elsewhere in the programme, which leaves the Hua Hin days open and skips both the cruise and the wildlife park, this version keeps a fixed activity on every day but the first, which suits families and groups who prefer a scheduled itinerary over free time.
Trip highlights
- Half-day Hua Hin and Cha-am tour
- Overland transfer from Hua Hin to Bangkok (about 3 hours / 200 km)

- Full-day Safari World and Marine Park, including dolphin and sea lion shows
Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Bangkok, transfer to Hua Hin (about 3 hours / 222 km)
On arrival at Suvarnabhumi Airport, the group transfers by road to Hua Hin, roughly a three-hour drive down the Gulf coast. Long favoured by Thai royalty as a seaside retreat, Hua Hin offers a walkable old town, beachfront promenade and night market, setting the tone for the following day's sightseeing before the group moves on to Bangkok.
Day 2: Half-day Hua Hin and Cha-am tour
The half-day tour typically covers Maruekhathaiyawan Palace, the teakwood 'Palace of Love and Hope' built for King Rama VI, and Khao Takiab (Monkey Mountain), a hillside monastery known for its resident macaques and coastal views, along with the ornate royal pavilion at Hua Hin Railway Station.
Day 3: Hua Hin to Bangkok (about 3 hours / 200 km), Chao Phraya dinner cruise
After checkout, the group transfers from Hua Hin to Bangkok by road, a drive of around three hours, arriving with time to settle in before an evening pickup around 18:00 for the Chao Phraya Dinner Cruise. Departing daily from River City Pier, the cruise takes in Bangkok's illuminated riverfront and a look at everyday river life, paired with a Thai, international and Indian buffet on board.
Day 4: Bangkok to Safari World and Marine Park and back (about 1 hour 30 minutes / 34 km one way)
Pickup around 08:00 leads to Safari World, an open zoo and leisure park covering roughly 170 acres in two sections. The Safari Park zone is toured by vehicle through a savannah-style setting with zebra, giraffe, tigers, lions and bears, while the Marine Park zone runs dolphin and sea lion shows, making the day well suited to families travelling with children. The group returns to the hotel by around 17:00.
Day 5: Departure from Bangkok
The tour closes with a transfer to Suvarnabhumi Airport for the return or onward flight. The scheduled activity on nearly every day of this itinerary makes it a practical choice for agents booking families who prefer a structured programme over open days.
