This itinerary covers the same three nights in Phuket and three in Krabi as our other Andaman pairing, but arranges the days differently. After an evening at the Fantasea show, the first full day is a gentle half-day city tour with a shopping stop, and the boat trip to Phi Phi Island follows on day three rather than day two — a softer start for clients who don't want to plunge straight into a full day at sea.
The province-to-province transfer is also different: instead of the usual road journey, guests are taken by pier to a ferry crossing to Krabi. From there, the pattern is familiar — a full-day speedboat trip to four islands, and a closing day at Tiger Cave Temple and the Emerald Pool. Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1: Arrival at Phuket, check in, evening Fantasea show
On arrival in Phuket, guests check into their hotel with time to unwind before the day's main event. In the evening, the group heads to the Phuket Fantasea show, a 140-acre cultural theme park inspired by Thai history, combining a carnival village, a large buffet restaurant and a Las Vegas-style theatrical production with elephants, fire performers, dancers and a tiger, capped with a family-friendly dinner.
Day 2: Half-day Phuket city tour and shopping
After breakfast, a half-day tour covers Phuket's best-known viewpoints, starting at the lookout over the bays of Kata Noi, Kata and Karon along with Koh Pu island. The route continues to Wat Chalong, the island's largest and most revered temple, before a stop at a local shop where guests can see how gemstones are cut and browse jewellery and dried-fruit souvenirs on the way back.
Day 3: Full-day Phi Phi Island tour by big boat
The day is spent island-hopping around the Phi Phi archipelago by big boat, taking in Phi Phi Don and the limestone cliffs of Phi Phi Lay, with time set aside for swimming and snorkelling in the surrounding water before the return trip to Phuket.
Day 4: Ferry transfer from Phuket to Krabi
After breakfast, guests are taken to the pier for a scenic ferry crossing to Krabi, enjoying sea views along the way. On arrival at Krabi pier, the group is met and transferred to the pre-booked hotel, with the rest of the day free to relax.
Day 5: Full-day Krabi 4-Island tour by speedboat
After breakfast, guests are taken by boat to visit four islands, a classic Krabi day out. Highlights include Chicken Island, named for its distinctive rock formation, and snorkelling in the clear turquoise water around Koh Poda; at low tide, the sandbar connecting Koh Mor and Koh Tub can also be walked. Lunch is included, and the remainder of the day is spent taking in Krabi's coastal scenery before returning to the hotel.
Day 6: Tiger Cave Temple and Emerald Pool jungle tour
The day combines two of Krabi's best-known inland sites: the Emerald Pool, a crystal-clear freshwater pool set inside the Khao Nor Chu Chi forest, and Tiger Cave Temple, a hilltop meditation site reached by a long staircase and known for its panoramic views over the province. Both are typically visited as part of a single guided day out from Krabi town.
Day 7: Departure
After breakfast and check-out, guests are transferred for their onward or return flight, bringing the tour to a close.
