Package overview
This package is built around Yogyakarta's two best-known day activities: a VW convoy tour to Borobudur, the world's largest Buddhist temple, and an off-road jeep excursion to either Mount Merapi's lava fields or Timang Beach. Transfers are arranged to match each traveller's flight schedule, and accommodation is booked on a twin or triple-share basis throughout the stay, with a guide included for larger groups.
Because it is only three days, the itinerary keeps to one full touring day between arrival and departure rather than spreading activities across several days. Agents selling to clients who also want Prambanan Temple should note it is not included by default and is quoted separately as a paid add-on at extra cost per traveller, arranged on request at booking.

Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Yogyakarta, transfer to hotel
Guests are met on arrival and transferred privately to their hotel, with the timing built around each traveller's flight schedule. The rest of the day is free, giving the group time to settle in and rest after the journey before the main touring day begins the following morning.
Day 2: Borobudur VW tour and Merapi or Timang jeep excursion
This is the main touring day, combining a VW convoy visit to Borobudur, the ninth-century Buddhist temple whose terraced stupas are one of Java's most recognisable sights, with an off-road jeep excursion to either Mount Merapi's volcanic lava fields or Timang Beach on the south coast. Parking and entrance fees are covered as part of the package.
Day 3: Departure, transfer to airport
After breakfast, guests are transferred to the airport in time for their departure flight, closing out the three-day Yogyakarta package. Travellers wanting to fit in Prambanan Temple or Walisongo pilgrimage sites should raise it in advance so it can be quoted as an extra.
